IRTA’s 38th Annual International Convention at the Grand Oasis Resort in Cancun. Mexico was a smashing success! Attendees gathered from all over the globe to participate in IRTA’s industry based educational, advocacy and exchange support services.
Community Connect Trade Association’s Founder & CEO, Annette Riggs, received this year’s much deserved Barter Hall of Fame Award, and John Strabley, CEO of International Monetary Systems, (IMS), received the prestigious David Wallach Outstanding Achievement Award.
Additionally, the IRTA Global Board of Directors elected Paul Bolte, President & CEO of Bartercard USA Inc., as Chairman of the Board.

Lastly, Universal Currency (UC), IRTA’s inter-exchange trading platform, reported record-breaking trade volume at the convention, for 2017. UC is on track to top 15 million in trading in 2017.
