IRTA Adopts New Modernized Bylaws

In an effort to keep pace with the latest advancements in non-profit corporate governance, the IRTA Global Board of Directors unanimously approved and adopted new modernized bylaws for IRTA on February 4th, 2016. The new IRTA bylaws are the result of a five month bylaw review process conducted by the IRTA Global Board and IRTA’s legal counsel, Carl Steinbrenner, Esq.

IRTA was operating under antiquated bylaws that dated back to IRTA’s inception which did not take into consideration IRTA’s three decades of growth and development, or the numerous improvements made in non-profit governance field since 1979.

“The newly adopted bylaws provide a modern foundation and streamlined framework for IRTA’s organization and governance. They contain concise, easy-to-navigate, state-of-the art corporate governance provisions that match IRTA’s impressive advancements over the last thirty-seven years,” said Carl Steinbrenner, Esq.
