Joining IRTA has been a pleasant and prosperous experience for everyone at the Barter Business Exchange.  The UC Barter Broker, Casey, is the best!  She goes the extra mile to help us find everything that we need but do not have in our bartering network.  Ron Whitney always goes the extra mile to help me whenever I have a question. If you own a barter exchange, you should consider joining IRTA -- you won't be disappointed!
