International Monetary Systems-IMS has only had a membership with IRTA a few years, but the return on the investment of time and money spent has been 10 fold. We are seasoned veterans of the barter industry, but our staff that interacts within the IRTA network has acquired more knowledge about the industry since joining than they did in the prior 5 years.

Because of IRTA we have made tremendous new contacts in the industry with international exchanges, corporate trade associations, legal counsel, and business management. And IRTA is more than an association for trading partners, it is a fellowship of professional business owners coming together to share ideas.

We need education, we must build and nurture relationships, we need to reach beyond our own inner-circle of clients, we need a national Universal Currency-UC and therefore IMS needs IRTA in order to further advance our goals.
