IRTA Ethics
IRTA's commitment to promoting just and equitable standards for practices and operation of trade exchanges is best articulated by the IRTA Code of Ethics. Every IRTA member agrees to conduct themselves in accordnace with theCode of Ethics principles when they become an IRTA member. Please review the IRTA Code of Ethics and Conduct carefully, as they are the cornerstone of what IRTA is about. IRTA Bylaws
IRTA was formed in 1979 as a Washington, D.C. non-profit company. The IRTA bylaws provide important operating procedures and guidelines for the Association. IRTA's members have numerous rights and obligations under the bylaws that assure the Association will be operating in an equitable and democratic manner.
